A Castellan internship is an educational and experiential opportunity for rising college sophomores, juniors, and seniors. Castellan Group is an investment advisory capacity for UHNW clients and is the manager of an early-stage digital health-focused venture capital fund. A Castellan intern will be directly responsible for developing strategies to improve the quality and results of the projects in which they are involved and has responsibilities akin to a full-time analyst.
Within Castellan’s entrepreneurial culture, the intern will be exposed to a level of responsibility and impact they wouldn’t encounter in many other places. This intern will truly be encouraged to add value and take initiative. We value resourcefulness, ingenuity, accountability, integrity, and continuous learning above all else.
Candidates will have the ability to choose between a focus on Pillar 1: Public Equity & Quant Strategies or Pillar 2: Private Equity, Venture Capital, Real Estate, and Private Credit.
